STIH-270-3CK は、Temescal社のSuperSource2 シリーズの製品で、光学機器とマイクロエレクトロニクスの生産と研究開発でのコーティング用途に、優れた多様性、利便性、信頼性を発揮します。クルーシブル用カバーは、蒸着位置にあるポケットだけを露出させ、クロスコンタミ発生のリスクを抑制します。クルーシブルカバーを取り外すことで、クルーシブルと隣接する機構の清掃を、クロスコンタミを引き起こすことなく実行できます。ルーシブカバーの取り外しは、４本のネジの取り外しだけで完了し、事前に冷却水を排水する必要も有りません。更に、冷却水をソースからブローオフすれば、クルーシブルの交換が、全く同じものへの交換や別の仕様への変更が容易に行えます

- クルーシブルのカバーとクルーシブル自体の取り外しが容易

- 連続した円形の桶、バナナ型のポケットを有するクルーシブル、鍋型の蒸着材料ホルダー等が、3CKと2CKソースに適用可能
- 1CKタイプのイービーム・ソースには、4x7cc或いは6x4ccの小型クルーシブルが適用可能
- 印加可能なパワーは、1-12 kW (モデル 3CK), 1-10 kW (モデル2CK) and 1-8 kW (モデル 1CK)
- 効率的なクルーシブル冷却機構は、蒸着中の温度安定性の維持に寄与
- 内部と外部の調節可能な変更ヨークにより、ビーム位置に係わらずビームスポットの最適化が可能
- 高性能磁石の仕様により、ソースの分解後の再着磁が不要
